The Process

  • We will meet you for a no-obligation initial consultation to discuss your requirements and assess your land.

  • We conduct a more detailed in-house assessment to establish development suitability and land appraisal.

  • We’ll make you an offer and on the basis that an agreement is reached, we enter into an option agreement.

  • We then proceed to the preparation of a full, detailed planning application including all necessary documentation and drawings. All associated costs in doing so are covered by us.

  • Following the granting of planning permission we then exchange on the option agreement meaning that you will be paid the previously agreed value for the sale of your land.

  • Once again, to reassure you, all associated costs in obtaining planning permission are covered by us. We will even cover your legal fees up to the sum of £2,500 + VAT.
