Silverwood Land & Developments was founded by Sarah McEwen. Sarah has worked in the property sector for over 25 years in estate agency, lettings and property management. She is an experienced land sourcer having discovered her first infill site in 2004 and successfully navigated the planning system to achieve consent for a detached house in an AONB and adjacent to a conservation area.

Her passion for property, people and spotting land opportunities lead her to start Silverwood Land & Developments. She is currently in the process of self-building her own home with her family on a back-land site that she sourced and gained planning consent on in the Cotswolds.

Sarah works with a team of trusted designers, planning consultants, legal experts and property professionals, creating a power team to bring projects to fruition, from the initial consultation right through to planning and the subsequent sale of the land. Our goal is to offer landowners the best value for their land while ensuring a seamless process from start to finish.
